This registration helps us build a verified supplier database and facilitates vendor evaluation for future procurement needs.

Who Should Apply:

• Manufacturers, OEMs, authorized distributors, or service providers related to lighting, electronics, packaging, logistics, or automation systems

• Vendors holding relevant quality certifications (e.g., BIS, CE, ISO, UL, RoHS)

• Vendors with a commitment to quality, timely delivery, and compliance

• All submissions are subject to internal evaluation based on quality, capability, certifications, price competitiveness, and business fit.

• Hublit reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without assigning any reason.

• Registered vendors may be contacted as per project or procurement requirements; there is no obligation of order issuance upon registration.

• All information provided by the vendor must be true, current, and verifiable. Submission of false or misleading information may lead to blacklisting or legal action.

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their information updated with our procurement team.

• By submitting the form, the vendor agrees to comply with Hublit’s Code of Conduct, quality standards, and any applicable NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or commercial terms at the time of order.
