Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily operations of the assembly line
• Monitor worker performance and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Coordinate with production, quality, and inventory departments
• Ensure timely completion of production targets
• Train and guide line workers on standard operating procedures
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper utilization of resources
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues on the assembly line
• Implement safety and efficiency improvements
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in an electronics or lighting manufacturing company
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to handle production pressure and resolve on-ground issues
• Knowledge of assembly processes and basic troubleshooting
• Male candidates preferred as per job requirement
