Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Handle payroll processing, attendance management, and leave records

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

• Drive performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives

• Oversee training and development programs for skill enhancement

• Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture

• Ensure statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.

• Liaise with department heads to understand manpower needs and HR support

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company

• Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
