Testing & Validation Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing of lighting products as per NABL standards

• Operate and analyze results using Spectroradiometer and other photometric equipment

• Conduct Hi-Pot (HB) Test, Environmental Test, Surge Test

• Use Oscilloscope and other electronic measuring tools to ensure product quality and compliance

• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation

• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams for product improvement

• Ensure adherence to testing protocols and safety guidelines


Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing roles within electronics or lighting manufacturing industry

• Proficient in using NABL lab testing equipment

• Strong understanding of lighting and electrical safety standards

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
