Job Description
Strategic HR:
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organization-wide systems for performance, discipline, and training.
- Drive cultural initiatives and team engagement strategies in line with company goals.
- Design and implement KPI and KRA systems across all departments.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Maintain employee lifecycle data and drive HR analytics for better decision-making.
Operational HR:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Handle payroll processing, leave & attendance management, and HRMS updates.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws – PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
- Conduct periodic audits for employee records, safety standards, and factory labor law compliance.
- Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions professionally.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower needs and internal transfers.
- Organize regular employee feedback, surveys, and exit interviews to reduce attrition.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance for both corporate and factory setups.
- Ability to build systems and processes from scratch in a growing organization.
- Empathetic communicator and conflict resolver with a balanced approach.
- Proficient in Excel, HRMS platforms (e.g., Odoo), and digital HR tools.
- Strong planning, delegation, and team coordination skills.
